Over de organisatie

Voor een internationale productieonderneming in de regio Tessenderlo zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief & Boekhoudkundige Medewerker. De organisatie is actief binnen een gespecialiseerde industriële markt en heeft verschillende vestigingen in Europa. Innovatie, kwaliteit en groei staan centraal binnen de onderneming.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Administratief & Boekhoudkundige Medewerker maak je deel uit van een hecht team waarin boekhouding, administratie, voorraadbeheer en logistieke ondersteuning hand in hand gaan.

Ongeveer 70% van je tijd besteed je aan administratieve taken, zoals orderverwerking, logistieke ondersteuning, voorraadbeheer en de opvolging van aankoop- en verkoopprocessen. De overige 30% bestaat uit boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden, waaronder het verwerken van aankoopfacturen, bankverrichtingen, kostprijscalculaties en ondersteuning van de algemene boekhouding.

  • Inboeken van bankverrichtingen en financiële transacties.
  • Ondersteunen van de algemene boekhouding en intercompany-boekhouding.
  • Uitvoeren van kostprijscalculaties van afgewerkte producten.
  • Uitvoeren van voorraadanalyses en ondersteuning bij voorraadopnames.
  • Aanmaken en verwerken van aankoop- en verkooporders.
  • Voorbereiden van laadopdrachten en logistieke documenten.
  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem.

Daarnaast fungeer je als back-up voor verschillende administratieve processen binnen het team en krijg je de mogelijkheid om jouw takenpakket verder uit te bouwen naargelang jouw interesses en ontwikkeling.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een graduaat of bachelor binnen Accountancy, Boekhouding of een financiële richting.
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis boekhouden en begrijpt de boekhoudkundige logica achter financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel. Kennis van draaitabellen en analytische rapportering is een mooie troef.
  • Affiniteit met IT, ERP-systemen en procesoptimalisatie is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar niet alles altijd vastligt.
  • Je neemt initiatief, stelt vragen en wacht niet af.
