Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Heb je ervaring met zowel personeelsadministratie als boekhouding en haal je energie uit het zelfstandig beheren van een brede administratieve functie?

Voor een stabiele en groeiende KMO in regio Zele zoeken we een Administratief Coördinator die een centrale rol opneemt binnen de organisatie. Je wordt de spilfiguur voor de dagelijkse administratie en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, directie en externe partners.

Jouw uitdaging

In deze veelzijdige functie neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over verschillende administratieve domeinen:

Boekhouding

  • Verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Boeken van bankverrichtingen
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande posten
  • Voorbereiden van de boekhouding voor de externe accountant en btw-verwerking

HR & Personeelsadministratie

  • Opvolgen van tijdsregistratie, prestaties, verlof en afwezigheden
  • Voorbereiden van de maandelijkse loonadministratie
  • Beheer van personeelsdossiers en administratieve opvolging van contracten
  • Contact onderhouden met het sociaal secretariaat

Algemene Administratie

  • Beheer van telefonie, mailboxen en administratieve processen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van directie en collega's
  • Bewaken van afspraken, deadlines en praktische organisatie
  • Structuur aanbrengen en administratieve processen efficiënt laten verlopen

Wie ben jij als administratief coördinator?

Je bent iemand die graag overzicht creëert, initiatief neemt en problemen oplost voordat ze problemen worden.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring binnen HR- en personeelsadministratie
  • Ervaring met boekhoudkundige administratie
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkstijl
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een discrete aanpak
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden en een vlotte kennis van courante softwarepakketten
  • Ervaring met aankoopprocessen is mooi
