In een geëngageerde en multiculturele zorgomgeving krijg je als Administratief Coördinator Facturatie en Betwistingen een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van facturatie‑, geschillen‑ en incassoprocessen. De functie combineert procesverbetering, kwaliteitsbewaking en coördinatie, waarbij je als Administratief Coördinator Facturatie en Betwistingen fungeert als referentiepunt voor interne diensten, zorgverleners en externe partners. Je draagt bij aan een efficiënt beheer van ziekenhuisinkomsten en ondersteunt de verdere professionalisering van de dienst.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Processen voor facturatie, tariefbepaling, geschillen, incasso en terugvordering optimaliseren.
  • Facturatie‑ en volledigheidscontroles uitvoeren, afwijkingen analyseren en corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen.
  • Online tariefbepaling implementeren en opvolgen: configuratie, begeleiding, ondersteuning en aanpassing aan nomenclatuurwijzigingen.
  • Deelnemen aan de opvolging van geschillen en incasso, inclusief statistieken, complexe dossiers en coördinatie met externe debiteuren.
  • Terugvorderingen van artsen en paramedici opvolgen: contractconfiguratie, verwerking van aanvragen, updates en maandelijkse rapportering.
  • Gegevens controleren en invoeren vanuit verschillende softwaresystemen, afwijzingen verwerken en databestanden onderhouden.
  • Deelnemen aan institutionele projecten rond facturatie, geschillen, treasury en procesverbetering.
  • Bijdragen aan kwaliteitsbeleid via procedures, audits, werkgroepen en verbeteracties.

Deze rol biedt de mogelijkheid om als Administratief Coördinator Facturatie en Betwistingen een directe impact te hebben op de financiële processen binnen een universitair ziekenhuis.

  • Master in management, economie, recht of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in facturatie, tariefbepaling of geschillenbeheer.
  • Goede kennis van tariefbepaling in de gezondheidszorg, facturatiemechanismen en incasso.
  • Basiskennis boekhouding.
  • Goede beheersing van het Frans en de tweede landstaal (niveau B1 – Selor Art. 10).
  • Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft 365.
  • Kennis van de ziekenhuissector is een troef.
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en analytisch sterk.
  • Georganiseerd en in staat meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren.
  • Proactief en gericht op continue verbetering.
  • Sterk in communicatie en ondersteuning van gebruikers en dienstverleners.
  • Ervaren in het analyseren van complexe gegevens en coördineren van administratieve en financiële processen.
