Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, heb je een technische affiniteit en krijg je energie van het verbeteren en structureren van processen? Dan is deze functie als Administratief Coördinator Techniek & Bottelarij iets voor jou!

In deze veelzijdige rol zorg jij voor structuur en overzicht binnen de technische dienst en bottelarij. Je start in een coördinerende en ondersteunende functie waarbij je de dagelijkse werking mee organiseert en optimaliseert. Naarmate je groeit in de rol, krijg je de kans om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen met als doorgroeiperspectief een meewerkende teamleadfunctie waarin je de dagelijkse werking en overlegmomenten van de technische dienst en bottelarij mee coördineert.

Je combineert ongeveer 70% administratieve opvolging met 30% aanwezigheid op de werkvloer, waardoor je nauw betrokken blijft bij de productie en de medewerkers.

Jouw taken:

  • Je controleert de productie- en personeelsplanning en stemt af waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de voorbereiding van werkzaamheden en signaleert tijdig mogelijke knelpunten.
  • Je beheert de voorraad wisselstukken, plaatst bestellingen en volgt leveringen op.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het beheersysteem voor wisselstukken.
  • Je stelt werkinstructies op en zorgt ervoor dat deze steeds up-to-date blijven.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en externe partners en volgt onderhoudscontracten en technische interventies op.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging en rapportering van onderhoudsdossiers.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer om:de correcte toepassing van werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften mee te bewaken; na een interne opleiding bij te springen aan de productielijn wanneer nodig; technische problemen te signaleren en samen met techniekers verbeteringen uit te werken.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over hoe processen efficiënter, veiliger en beter georganiseerd kunnen worden.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Manager Techniek, Facilities & Bottelarij.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je behoudt makkelijk het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en volgt afspraken zelfstandig op.
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet verbeterkansen binnen processen en werkmethodes.
  • Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een praktische, hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen collega's, leidinggevenden, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Je bent toegankelijk en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een technische affiniteit en interesse in productieprocessen. Een specifiek technisch diploma is geen vereiste.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word en Excel).
