Onze klant is een stabiel en succesvol familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 40 jaar gespecialiseerd is in de verkoop van kwalitatieve inbouwtoestellen via fysieke winkels en een sterk uitgebouwde webshop.

Wegens de aanhoudende groei en de uitbreiding van het webdepot zijn we voor het hoofdkantoor in Oostende op zoek naar een gedreven Administratief Commercieel Bediende.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de cruciale schakel op de binnendienst.

Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling en een topbeleving voor de klanten, van bestelling tot oplevering!

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in Office-/KMO-management (of gelijkwaardig) en hebt een basiskennis van boekhouden.
  • Je bent enthousiast, klantgericht en hebt veel goesting om onze producten door en door te leren kennen.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, efficient en met een groot gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en kan zowel zelfstandig als vlot in teamverband werken.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en kan je daarnaast vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je staat klaar om even de collega's te helpen bij het laden van een toestel voor de klant.
  • Begeleiden van klanten gedurende het volledige bestelproces.
  • Onthalen van klanten die toestellen komen afhalen in het webdepot en de verkoop commercieel afronden.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes via ons digitaal systeem.
  • Opmaken van verkoopfacturen en het nauwkeurig verwerken van het kasboek.
  • Bieden van administratieve ondersteuning aan het volledige aankoop- en verkoopproces (van levering tot boekhoudkundige verwerking).
