The posting

Voor onze klant, een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf binnen de verpakkingssector, zoeken wij een administratief commercieel bediende die als centrale spil fungeert tussen klanten, sales, logistiek en administratie. Na een grondige interne opleiding word je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, chauffeurs, magazijniers en interne diensten.

Jouw taken

  • Ondersteunen van de commerciële binnen- en buitendienst met orderverwerking en klantenopvolging.
  • Klanten telefonisch en via e-mail te woord staan en professioneel verder helpen.
  • Offertes opmaken, verwerken en nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Administratieve gegevens correct ingeven en verwerken in het ERP-systeem.
  • Coördineren van de logistieke planning: aansturen van 2 chauffeurs en 2 magazijniers (je loopt dus ook dagelijks rond in de productie).
  • Rittenplanning opstellen
  • Ordervoorbereiding controleren
  • Goederenbewegingen opvolgen
  • Inboeken van retourbonnen en verwerken tot facturatie.
  • Voorraadbeheer: bestellingen plaatsen bij externe leveranciers op basis van stock en behoeften.
  • Mee opvolgen van wanbetalers en maandelijkse controle uitvoeren.
  • Contact onderhouden met exportklanten.
  • Jaarlijkse stocktelling.
  • Mee waken over netheid en orde in het magazijn en de dagelijkse werking.

Voor onze klant zoeken wij een administratieve kracht met sterke commerciële feeling, die nauwkeurig werkt en overzicht bewaart in een gevarieerd takenpakket. Je bent communicatief, correct, rustig en kan vlot schakelen tussen administratie, logistieke opvolging en klantencontact.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Sterk in administratie, orderverwerking en werken met ERP-systemen.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands (moedertaal) en Frans (zeer vlot / professioneel).
  • Klantvriendelijk, communicatief en assertief wanneer nodig.
  • Zeer nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en correct in administratie.
  • Hands-on, oplossingsgericht en verantwoordelijk.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar communiceert transparant met collega’s.
  • Je voelt je goed in een rustige werkomgeving.
  • Engagement en motivatie voor een lange termijn samenwerking.
  • Bereid om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen (operationeel / export / logistiek).
