Onze klant is een onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar en zelfstandig bankagentschap met twee kantoren in Roeselare en Hooglede. Dagelijks staan zij zowel particulieren als KMO's bij met een uitgebreid en persoonlijk financieel advies, steeds afgestemd op de noden van de klant. Ze hebben een heel open cultuur, zowel naar hun klanten als naar hun medewerkers. Bij hen kom je dus terecht in een boeiend groeiverhaal en maak je deel uit van een leuk team van 13 professionals. Voor het kantoor in regio Roeselare zijn ze op zoek naar een Administratief Commercieel Medewerker.

Jouw functie als Administratief Commercieel Medewerker Als Administratief Commercieel Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over verschillende bankoplossingen, zoals dagelijks bankieren, kredieten en beleggingen. Je staat in voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking op kantoor, beheert de agenda’s van de adviseurs en zorgt voor een nauwgezette opvolging van de klantendossiers.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor Financiën en Verzekeringen, een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Indien nodig ben je bereid om de nodige examens af te leggen en certificaten te behalen.
  • Je stelt de klant centraal en zorgt steeds voor een professionele communicatie.
  • Je denkt mee in oplossingen en opportuniteiten en bent gemotiveerd om voortdurend bij te leren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor kwaliteit in jouw opdrachten.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste persoonlijkheid met commerciële feeling en volgt actief de evoluties binnen de producten.
