Heb je al ervaring binnen een commerciële of administratieve functie, of ben je een bachelor afgestudeerde die klaar is voor een eerste stap binnen de banksector? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou.

Functieomschrijving Als commercieel administratief medewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat vragen snel en correct worden opgevolgd en dat klanten zich echt geholpen voelen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het beantwoorden van telefonische vragen van klanten en het beheren en opvolgen van de mailbox. - Het telefonisch ondersteunen van klanten bij dagelijkse bankzaken zoals het openen van een extra rekening, digitale verrichtingen of vragen rond online banking. - Het contacteren van de helpdesk bij meer complexe vragen zodat klanten steeds correct verder geholpen worden. - Het openen van pensioenspaarrekeningen en aanvragen van kredietkaarten. - Het inplannen van afspraken voor collega's wanneer gespecialiseerde begeleiding nodig is. - Het openen en afsluiten van het kantoor.

Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke commerciële rol. Je luistert actief naar klanten, denkt mee en herkent opportuniteiten. Je detecteert mogelijke behoeften rond kredieten, verzekeringen of andere financiële oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat de klant bij de juiste collega terechtkomt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die commercieel ingesteld is, graag met klanten werkt en zin heeft om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen de financiële sector.

Als commercieel administratief medewerker ben je iemand die: - Ervaring heeft binnen een commerciële, administratieve of klantgerichte functie. - Of een bachelor diploma behaalde en op zoek is naar een eerste professionele uitdaging binnen de banksector. - Een commerciële ingesteldheid heeft en opportuniteiten weet te herkennen. - Administratief sterk is, nauwkeurig werkt en vlot kan schakelen. - Sociaal, klantgericht is en zonder aarzelen de telefoon opneemt. - Zeer goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft. Kennis van andere talen is een mooie plus. - Graag bijleert en zichzelf verder wil ontwikkelen. - Interesse heeft in de banksector. Ervaring of kennis van de sector is een troef, maar geen vereiste.
