Jouw takenpakket:

  • Diverse administratieve taken zoals digitale facturatie en betaalopvolging van onze klanten
  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons en e-mails
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantenbestellingen
  • Samenstellen en afwerken van leverrondes
  • Informeren van klanten over producten, promoties en nieuwigheden
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en klantgerichte opvolging van vragen en bestellingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een uitstekende klantenservice

PROFIEL

Wat verwachten wij? :

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en klantvriendelijk
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed behelpen in het Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt efficient, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan goed plannen en organiseren
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team
  • Ervaring in een commerciele binnendienst of administratieve functie is een pluspunt
