Flexbarrier, onderdeel van Sentho, is gespecialiseerd in het leveren en monteren kunststof aanrijdbeveiliging. Cultuur Binnen Sentho hangt een informele werksfeer . Naast het harde werken is er op zijn tijd plaats voor humor of een potje darten op vrijdagmiddag. Daarnaast ondernemen we ook geregeld iets met het team, zoals een leuke BBQ of een leuk teamuitje onder de Spaanse zon. Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige: Administratief/Commercieel medewerker Projecten M/V (40 uur) Wat ga je doen? Wij zijn in deze op zoek naar een Administratief/ Commercieel medewerker Projecten ter uitbreiding van onze organisatie die zich met de volgende werkzaamheden bezig gaat houden: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van onze monteurs; - Daarbij heb je contact met onze vaste monteurs en de klant; - Regelen van heftrucks/hoogwerkers op locatie indien nodig; - Afstemming met de magazijnbeheerder inzake het te verzenden materiaal benodigd op iedere klus; - After sales; na afronding van de werkzaamheden de klant contacteren; - Verwerken van inkoopfacturen in SAP; - Klaarzetten van de wekelijkse betaalstaat ter ondersteuning hoofd administratie; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor Social Media / website / mailingen; - Verzorgen en beheren van relatiegeschenken, drukwerk t.b.v. verkoop en beursmateriaal; - Organiseren deelname beurzen; - Je bedenkt creatieve ideeën en koppelt deze aan promotionele activiteiten; - Ondersteunende werkzaamheden t.b.v. de afdeling verkoop binnendienst.
