Voor een creatieve KMO in Maldegem zoeken we een administratief & boekhoudkundig medewerker. Iemand die graag met cijfers bezig is, maar zich vooral thuis voelt in een brede functie waarin geen twee dagen helemaal hetzelfde zijn.

De rode draad door je functie is boekhouding, maar je job is ruimer dan dat. Je staat onder meer in voor: - het verwerken en inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, - de financiële administratie en opvolging van betalingen, - het voorbereiden en opvolgen van de maandelijkse btw-aangifte (in samenwerking met het externe boekhoudkantoor), - administratieve opvolging en ondersteuning waar nodig, - telefonische permanentie en het verder helpen van klanten en leveranciers, - het organiseren en opvolgen van verzendingen, - allerlei praktische en administratieve taken die nu eenmaal bij het dagelijkse leven in een KMO horen.

We zoeken in de eerste plaats een plantrekker. Iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, initiatief neemt en niet hoeft te wachten tot iemand het volgende taakje doorgeeft. Spreekt deze brede en afwisselende job jou aan? Solliciteer dan vandaag nog.

  • Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van boekhouding en btw
  • Je hebt ervaring met Exact Online, werkt vlot met een Apple/Mac-omgeving of bent bereid je die snel eigen te maken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en punctueel
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent flexibel qua jobinhoud
  • Je voelt je goed in een kleine KMO met vlakke structuur en directe communicatie
  • Je bent collegiaal
  • Je beschikt over een geschikte opleiding
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Talenkennis Nederlands, Engels en Frans (spreken en schrijven)
  • Goede kennis van Office Excel en Word
