Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een Administratief - Logistiek Medewerker voor onze klant in Paal-Beringen.

Jouw takenpakket als Administratief / Logistiek Medewerker bestaat uit:

  • Je staat in voor de opvolging en administratieve verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen.
  • Je verwerkt de orders, maakt verzenddocumenten op en boekt binnenkomende artikelen correct in het systeem.
  • Je bewaakt de voorraadniveaus en voert periodieke voorraadcontroles uit.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en transporteurs omtrent leveringstermijnen en logistieke planningen.-
  • Je ondersteunt de logistieke dienst bij het behandelen van retours, herstellingen en eventuele klachten.
  • Je denkt mee over het optimaliseren van de interne logistieke en administratieve processen.

Profiel

Als Administratief / Logistiek Medewerker herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een middelbaar of hoger diploma, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of logistieke richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in een gecombineerde administratieve en logistieke functie.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is een duidelijke plus.
  • Je bent vlot met pc-toepassingen en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-pakket en MS Office (Excel).
  • Je bent een oplossingsgerichte teamplayer die ook zelfstandig en initiatiefrijk kan handelen.
