Je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het administratieve, financiële en facilitaire beleid binnen onze welzijnsorganisatie Inoa. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een duurzaam en toekomstgericht beleid dat aansluit bij het credo, visie en strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie. Daarbij vertaal je relevante wetgeving en ontwikkelingen naar concrete beleidskeuzes, processen en initiatieven.
