Ben je nauwkeurig, cijfermatig sterk en op zoek naar een gevarieerde functie binnen een internationale organisatie? Dan is deze opportuniteit misschien wel iets voor jou.

Als Medewerker Boekhouding maak je deel uit van een klein financieel team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed administratief en financieel takenpakket:

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen.
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersdossiers.
  • Beheren van de debiteurenadministratie en opvolgen van openstaande betalingen via mail en telefoon.
  • Uitvoeren van betalingen en automatische incasso's.
  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van kredietlimieten.
  • Verwerken en controleren van financiële gegevens in SAP.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega's van logistiek, aankoop en sales.
  • Ondersteunen bij administratieve en financiële projecten, zoals het testen van nieuwe systemen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma binnen boekhouding, finance, administratie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent sterk met cijfers en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft klanten telefonisch te contacteren wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent assertief, werkt graag to-the-point en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en kan vlot werken met filters, sorteringen en basisformules.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe processen en systemen.
  • Kennis van SAP is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
