The posting

Voor de verdere uitbouw van onze administratieve en financiële werking zijn wij op zoek naar een administratief-financieel medewerker.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen ons kantoor. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële administratie correct en overzichtelijk wordt opgevolgd en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met onze externe accountant.

Daarnaast willen we de komende periode onze financiële administratie verder digitaliseren en efficiënter organiseren. We zoeken daarom iemand die niet alleen nauwkeurig uitvoert, maar ook graag meedenkt over hoe het beter kan.

Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket met onder meer:

  • voorbereiden van de boekhouding voor onze accountant;
  • verzamelen, controleren en ordenen van boekhoudkundige stukken;
  • opmaken en versturen van facturen;
  • opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande facturen in onze dossiers;
  • actief opvolgen van achterstallige betalingen;
  • verzorgen van de financiële en administratieve opvolging van dossiers;
  • meehelpen bij het digitaliseren van onze boekhouding en financiële administratie;
  • nadenken over en uitwerken van efficiëntere administratieve processen.

Je wordt daarbij niet zomaar iemand die taken uitvoert. We verwachten dat je zelfstandig opvolgt wat er moet gebeuren, zaken signaleert wanneer ze niet in orde zijn en initiatief neemt om problemen op te lossen.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie vinden we je persoonlijkheid en manier van werken minstens even belangrijk als je opleiding.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt;
  • graag met cijfers en administratie bezig is;
  • zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen;
  • zaken actief opvolgt en niet snel iets uit het oog verliest;
  • discreet en betrouwbaar omgaat met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • initiatief neemt en graag meedenkt;
  • niet bang is om bestaande werkwijzen in vraag te stellen;
  • vlot met computerprogramma's overweg kan;
  • interesse heeft in digitalisering en nieuwe systemen.

Ervaring met boekhouding, facturatie of financiële administratie is mooi meegenomen. Een boekhoudkundige opleiding is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
