Als administratief financieel medewerker in Amersfoort bij de gemeente zorg je ervoor dat alle aanslagen voor gemeentelijke heffingen nauwkeurig worden opgelegd en beheerd. Jij krijgt de kans om aan de slag te gaan binnen het Team Heffen van de afdeling Belastingen. Dit team, bestaande uit 5 medewerkers en gevestigd in het gemeentehuis, werkt elke dag hard met elkaar om alles in goede banen te leiden. Jouw taken In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor burgers en organisaties. Je beantwoordt en handelt klantcontacten af via mail en telefoon over wijzigingen en vragen rondom aanslagen. Daarnaast beoordeel je bezwaren op diverse gebieden, zoals afvalstoffenheffing, rioolheffing, leges en marktgelden, en breng je deze op uitspraak. Je bent nauwkeurig in het aanmaken en afhandelen van ambtshalve verminderingen en zorgt voor een strakke controle op de data. Je duikt bovendien in de cijfers en systemen. Je controleert, beoordeelt en verwerkt verschillenlijsten voor de aansluiting met het NHR. Ook het verwerken van uitvallijsten van de data-controle behoort tot jouw takenpakket. Hierbij kijk je kritisch naar subjectgegevens, grondslagen en de aanslagoplegging om de kwaliteit van de gemeentelijke belastingen te waarborgen. Werken bij...
