Over de functie Als Administratief Inkoop assistent parttime ondersteun jij de inkopers bij alle administratieve en coördinerende werkzaamheden. Je bent de spin in het web die zorgt dat afspraken goed worden vastgelegd, leveringen soepel verlopen en de juiste documentatie op tijd beschikbaar is. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je ondersteunt bij het uitwerken van offertes en catalogi, zodat alles actueel en correct is. - Je legt ingekochte partijen vast in de systemen en zorgt voor een kloppende administratie. - Je coördineert leveringen en regelt dat etiketten, stickers en documenten tijdig klaarstaan. - Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en bewa...
