The posting

Achter iedere bezwaarzaak zit een persoonlijk verhaal. Als administratief juridisch medewerker bij het Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven zorg jij dat deze zaken zorgvuldig en op tijd worden verwerkt. Je ondersteunt de juridische procedures, houdt dossiers compleet en organiseert hoorzittingen. Zo draag je bij aan een goede afhandeling van bezwaar- en beroepzaken.

Je werkt binnen de afdeling Procesondersteuning, waar je samen met collega's zorgt dat alles rondom de juridische procedures goed geregeld is. Je schakelt met juristen, commissieleden en andere betrokkenen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer controleer je een bezwaarschrift, de andere keer zorg je dat een hoorzitting goed is voorbereid.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je verwerkt bezwaarschriften in het zaaksysteem FLOW en controleert of alle benodigde informatie aanwezig is. • Je signaleert ontbrekende gegevens of te laat ingediende bezwaren, informeert betrokkenen en verstuurt ontvangstbevestigingen. • Je organiseert hoorzittingen en vergaderingen van de commissie, regelt tolken en bereidt vergaderruimtes voor. • Je houdt de planning bij en stemt wijzigingen af met juristen, commissieleden en andere betrokkenen. • Je verwerkt beroep- en hoger beroepzaken, stelt overzichten van documenten op en zorgt dat stukken op tijd bij de rechtbank liggen. • Je stelt bezwaarbesluiten administratief op, verstuurt deze en zorgt voor een correcte archivering. • Je werkt bij voorkeur op maandag en vrijdag. Op vrijdag vinden de hoorzittingen plaats.

Je werkt 36 uur per week en start zo snel mogelijk. De functie is voor 6 maanden, met kans op verlenging en de mogelijkheid om vast in dienst te treden.

Functie-eisen: Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende werkzaamheden tegelijk. Ook als de planning verandert, blijf je rustig en weet je wat er moet gebeuren.
