The posting

Als Administratief Juridisch Medewerker binnen Stadsbeheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van juridisch-administratieve werkzaamheden binnen een afgebakend werkterrein. Je draagt bij aan een zorgvuldige en correcte uitvoering van juridische processen, zodat dossiers volledig, juist en tijdig worden afgehandeld. De nadruk ligt op dossierbehandeling, administratie en procesondersteuning volgens vastgestelde kaders en regelgeving.

Binnen de juridische dossierbehandeling handel je schadeclaims en aansprakelijkstellingen af, stel je schadedossiers op en beheer je die, onderzoek je schadegevallen, stel je aansprakelijkstellingen en juridische correspondentie op en doe je meldingen, onder andere bij politie of waarborgfonds.

Daarnaast ondersteun je bij verzoeken binnen de Wet open overheid (Woo), inclusief het anonimiseren van documenten, stel je standaard juridische documenten en brieven op, ondersteun je bij aanvragen en besluitvorming binnen afgebakende processen en verwerk je gegevens en dossiers in systemen.

Tot slot bewaak je de voortgang en volledigheid van juridische dossiers, registreer en beheer je gegevens en administraties, signaleer je praktische knelpunten in processen, verstrek je informatie aan inwoners en collega's en onderhoud je contact met externe partijen zoals aannemers en inwoners.

Minimaal mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een juridische of administratieve richting.

Ervaring met civiel recht, het verhalen van schades en aansprakelijkstellingen, bij voorkeur vanuit een gemeente

Ervaring met administratief-juridische werkzaamheden.

Ervaring met dossierbehandeling en gegevensverwerking.

Basiskennis van wet- en regelgeving (civiel recht) en kennis van administratieve en juridische processen.

Goede digitale vaardigheden (systemen, documentbeheer).

Accuraat en gestructureerd, praktisch en resultaatgericht, met een goede oordeelsvorming binnen de kaders.

Ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie is een pré.
