Je komt terecht bij een vooruitstrevende en stabiele automotive groep met BMW-vestigingen. In een professionele en familiale werkomgeving staan kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en medewerkerstevredenheid centraal, met veel aandacht voor samenwerking en ontwikkeling.

Als Sales Administrator ben je een belangrijke administratieve schakel in het verkoopproces. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit zorg je ervoor dat dossiers, facturatie, betalingen en leveringen correct worden opgevolgd en ondersteun je verschillende vestigingen waar nodig.

Jouw takenpakket:

- Van bestelling tot aflevering volg je verkoopdossiers administratief op. Je leest dossiers in, controleert ze op volledigheid en zorgt voor een correcte afwerking. - De facturatie van nieuwe en tweedehandswagens en de interne facturatie neem je voor jouw rekening. Daarnaast boek je aankoopfacturen in en controleer je dagelijks de betalingen. - Leveringen plan en volg je zorgvuldig op. Daarbij stem je de werkplaats, keuring, poetsplanning en klantafspraken op elkaar af en neem je deel aan het dagelijkse overleg rond leveringen en facturatie. - De stocklijsten van nieuwe en tweedehandswagens houd je dagelijks actueel, zodat collega's steeds over de juiste informatie beschikken. - Kasontvangsten en kasuitgaven verwerk je correct en je voert kastellingen uit. Ook inkomende telefoongesprekken behandel je professioneel en klantgericht. - Waar nodig ondersteun je andere vestigingen. Zo geniet je van voldoende afwisseling en leer je verschillende teams en werkomgevingen kennen.

Flexibiliteit is belangrijk, want ondersteuning kan nodig zijn binnen verschillende vestigingen.

Met een positieve, betrouwbare en klantgerichte houding draag je bij aan een aangename samenwerking.

- Vakkennis: Relevante administratieve ervaring en ervaring binnen de automotive sector. Boekhoudkundige basiskennis is een vereiste. Kennis van verkoopdossiers, facturatie, betalingen, stockopvolging en leveringsplanning is belangrijk.
