Als administratief en logistiek medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons team. Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen, patiëntenplanning en logistieke taken efficiënt verlopen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichte aanpak kunnen collega's en klanten rekenen op een vlotte dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beantwoordt inkomende interne telefoongesprekken en verbindt deze correct door naar de juiste collega.
  • Je plant afspraken in voor patiënten en beheert de agenda op een efficiënte manier.
  • Je verwerkt digitale opdrachten die via de verschillende platformen binnenkomen, controleert de gegevens op juistheid en registreert deze in het centrale digitale systeem.
  • Je voert opdrachten nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem in en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je staat in voor het zorgvuldig verpakken van afgewerkte tandtechnische werken die worden verzonden.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de verwerking van e-mails en zorgt voor een tijdige administratieve opvolging.
  • Je pakt binnenkomende tandtechnische werken uit en voert de vereiste desinfectie zorgvuldig uit, met respect voor de geldende kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen.
  • Sporadisch verzorg je een rit naar tandartspraktijken in de regio om tandtechnische werken op te halen of af te leveren.

Groeimogelijkheden

Binnen deze functie krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Bij een positieve evolutie zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een functie binnen Customer Service, waarbij je een grotere rol opneemt in het contact met klanten en de verdere opvolging van dossiers.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een administratief en logistiek medewerker die nauwkeurig werkt, klantgericht is en zich thuis voelt in een dynamische werkomgeving.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met computertoepassingen en telefonie.
  • Je hebt een sterk oog voor detail en werkt steeds nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Ervaring met onze interne systemen is niet nodig; je krijgt hiervoor een uitgebreide opleiding.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst het Nederlands perfect, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent een positieve teamspeler die zich snel aanpast aan een nieuwe werkomgeving en vlot samenwerkt met collega's.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en behoudt het overzicht wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen.
  • Je functioneert goed in een drukke en afwisselende werkomgeving en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent bereid te werken volgens een wisselend uurrooster: van 08.00 tot 17.00 uur en om de twee weken van 09.00 tot 18.00 uur.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen Customer Service.
  • Ervaring binnen de tandtechnische sector is een mooie troef, maar geen must.
