Administratief logistiek medewerker Als administratief logistiek medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning van de logistieke afdeling. Je verwerkt logistieke gegevens, bewaakt de voorraadadministratie en zorgt ervoor dat afhaal- en bezorgprocessen correct worden afgehandeld. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen het magazijn, de logistieke operatie en diverse interne afdelingen. Door jouw gestructureerde werkwijze verlopen de dagelijkse logistieke processen efficiënt en beschikken collega's altijd over actuele informatie. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt ervoor dat de logistieke administratie volledig en correct wordt verwerkt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en verwerken van de logistieke mailbox; - Administratief verwerken van afhaal- en bezorgorders; - Printen en voorbereiden van orderdocumenten voor het magazijn; - Registreren van voorraadverplaatsingen en transfers tussen locaties; - Beheren en controleren van de voorraadadministratie; - Verwerken van inkomende goederen en digitaal archiveren van pakbonnen; - Uitvoeren van voorraadcorrecties en verwerken van voorraadtellingen; - Administratief afhandelen van retourzendingen en retourorders; - Ondersteunen van de logistieke planning wanneer nodig.
