Voor een logistiek verkooppunt in de Wilrijk zoeken we een administratief logistiek medewerker. In deze rol vorm je het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen de dagelijkse logistieke communicatie en draag je bij aan een vlotte en efficiënte werking. Administratieve nauwkeurigheid en logistiek inzicht komen hier samen

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als administratief logistiek medewerker inhoudt:

  • Volgen van opleiding bij de huidige mailboxbeheerder voor een vlotte overdracht
  • Interne opleiding binnen verschillende afdelingen om de logistieke werking volledig te leren kennen
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de logistieke mailbox, het centrale communicatiekanaal voor logistieke vragen en meldingen
  • Analyseren van binnenkomende issues en deze zelfstandig oplossen of correct coördineren
  • Afstemmen met interne afdelingen om snel tot efficiënte oplossingen te komen
  • Rapporteren aan de logistiek manager
