The posting

In deze functie hoef je niet te kiezen tussen een bureaujob en werken in het magazijn. Je besteedt ongeveer 80% van je tijd aan administratie en stockbeheer en de overige 20% aan praktische magazijntaken. Je houdt bestellingen en voorraden mee op orde, hebt contact met leveranciers en zorgt er tegelijk voor dat onderdelen op de juiste plaats terechtkomen. Een gevarieerde functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig werkt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt bestelbonnen op, volgt prijzen van leveranciers op en verwerkt leveringen administratief.
  • Je beheert de voorraad in Navision en zorgt ervoor dat belangrijke onderdelen tijdig worden aangevuld.
  • Je laadt en lost vrachtwagens en zet geleverde onderdelen op de juiste locatie.
  • Je rijdt met een triplex heftruck en verplaatst indien nodig onderdelen naar de kade.
  • Je houdt het magazijn overzichtelijk en zorgt ervoor dat administratie en praktische opvolging goed op elkaar aansluiten.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht op een technische havenlocatie binnen een stabiele internationale logistieke omgeving. In het magazijn draait alles rond een goede opvolging van technische onderdelen en een vlotte bevoorrading. Je krijgt een afwisselende rol waarin administratie en praktisch werk elkaar dagelijks afwisselen. Je werkt samen met collega's die elkaar ondersteunen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hun deel van het proces. Door de omvang van de organisatie krijg je bovendien de kans om ervaring op te doen in een professionele logistieke omgeving.

  • Je hebt interesse in technische onderdelen en vindt het interessant om het magazijn en de verschillende stockitems grondig te leren kennen.
  • Je voelt je goed in een combinatie van administratief werk en praktische magazijntaken.
  • Je werkt vlot met Office 365 en bent handig met computersystemen; Navision leer je intern.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en zorgt ervoor dat je werk correct wordt opgevolgd.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels en bent bereid om na je opleiding in shiften te werken.
