The posting

Vulpia is zeker geen doorsnee ouderenzorgorganisatie… Er is een beetje een hoekje af, en dat vinden we op ‘het hoofdkantoor’ meer dan oké. Dat merk je wanneer je onze werkplek bezoekt. Geen klassiek kantoorgebouw, maar een oude legerkazerne. De militaire sfeer is allang verdwenen, maar de discipline en het teamgevoel hebben we behouden. De collega’s van Finance, HR, Facility en Marcom, zijn allemaal een tikkeltje eigenzinnig, met het hart op de tong én voor de zorg. Er zijn voor onze bewoners en collega’s van onze 40 woon- en zorghuizen, dat is hun missie.

’t Is een fijne, kleine open werkplek (ongeveer 60 mensen) waar er elke werkdag met overgave wordt gewerkt. Om hier te werken beschik je best over kennis van zaken, een goede dosis humor en gedrevenheid.

Als administratief medewerker kom je terecht in een gedreven & dynamisch Accounting team terecht, met tal van fijne collega’s die je wegwijs zullen maken!

Wat mag je doen?

  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking en nauwgezette opvolging van de huurwaarborgen voor onze assistentiewoningen.
  • Je ondersteunt onze Office Partners bij het correct gebruik van het zorgdossiersysteem Gerrac, zodat een vlotte en correcte facturatie gegarandeerd is. Je analyseert en corrigeert eventuele fouten in de masterdata, biedt ondersteuning aan gebruikers en bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen vanuit onze verschillende locaties.
  • Je ondersteunt het credit collection-proces door tijdig herinneringen en aanmaningen te versturen. Daarnaast onderzoek je openstaande saldi, identificeer je de oorzaak van eventuele problemen en werk je mee aan een snelle oplossing.
  • Je ondersteunt het Accounting Team met diverse administratieve taken en draagt bij aan een efficiënte werking van de afdeling.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je bent administratief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in je werk.
  • Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte verwerking van gegevens.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een administratieve of financiële functie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Excel heeft voor jou weinig geheimen en je werkt vlot met de andere MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bouwt gemakkelijk contacten op met collega's.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een mooie extra.
