Voor een mooie organisatie met een rijke historie in de logistiek zijn wij op zoek naar een Administratief Medeweker Groupage Import. Als Administratief Medewerker Groupage Import ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een vlekkeloze administratie op de afdeling en onderhoud je veelvuldig contact met klanten en relaties, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de verwerking en opvolging van importdossiers en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve handelingen nauwkeurig en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. In deze functie werk je binnen een dynamische en internationale omgeving, waar service en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Wij zoeken voor deze functie een nauwkeurige en communicatief sterke kandidaat met affiniteit voor de logistieke sector. Je voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

- MBO-opleiding in een logistieke richting (bij voorkeur Scheepvaart en Transport College) of minimaal een HAVO/MBO niveau 3-4 diploma met interesse in scheepvaart;

- Commerciële en klantgerichte instelling, met een servicegerichte mindset;

- Goed cijfermatig inzicht, inclusief kennis van de financiële afwikkeling van dossiers;

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, gezien het frequente interne en externe contact.
