Doel van de functie

De administratief bediende ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie door het correct en efficiënt uitvoeren van administratieve en organisatorische taken. De functie draagt bij aan een vlotte interne werking en een professionele dienstverlening naar klanten en partners.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

- je werkt ter ondersteuning en uitvoering van algemene administratieve verantwoordelijkheden

- je volgt samen met uw collega’s specifieke dossiers op van A tot Z en verzorgt de mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie hierover

-je werkt nauwgezet samen met de transportadministratie en -planning voor het verwerken van administratieve documenten (brieven, facturen, rapporten, dossiers) en eventuele ondersteuning bij boekhoudkundige of personeelsadministratie

- je verwerkt de ingave van correcte data, de actualisatie van relevante gegevens, documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren van documenten (digitaal en/of fysiek), briefwisselingen afpunten en controleren, …

- je verzorgt de algemene correspondentie, volgt relevante Excel-sheets en voorbereidende rapporten op voor het invoeren, controleren en up-to-date houden van gegevens in interne systemen

- je signaleert proactief eventuele afwijkingen en werkt mee aan het in kaart brengen van de administratieve processen en ondersteunt collega’s en andere afdelingen bij administratieve taken

- je sorteert de briefwisseling en communiceert met de betrokken partijen

- enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (office assistent, all-round bediende)

- ervaring met ERP-toepassingen (Navitrans) is pluspunt, goede MS Office kennis (Word, Excel)

- nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken met discretie en vertrouwelijkheid

- klantgerichte en professionele houding, zelfstandig én in team kunnen werken

- goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

- multitasker die kan omgaan met deadlines (polyvalent en flexibel)

- vlotte kennis van het Frans, kennis van het Nederlands en/of andere talen is een troef
