FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een georganiseerde en veelzijdige administratieve professional die graag verschillende verantwoordelijkheden combineert? Werk je nauwkeurig denk je analytisch en krijg je energie van een job waarin geen twee dagen hetzelfde zijn? Dan is deze functie wel iets voor jou!

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

- Ondersteunen van de aankoopadministratie en opvolgen van administratieve processen.

- Controleren en verwerken van inkomende leverings- en bestelbonnen.

- Nieuwe artikelen invoeren en bestaande productgegevens correct en actueel houden.

- Verwerken en opvolgen van binnenkomende klantenbestellingen.

- Administratief opvolgen van vragen, wijzigingen en eventuele problemen bij bestellingen.

- Plannen en coördineren van leveringen.

- Meewerken aan het beheer en de actualisatie van de e-commercewebsite.

- Productinformatie aanvullen en controleren zodat de catalogus steeds up-to-date blijft.

- Indien je hierin interesse hebt: afbeeldingen aanpassen en eenvoudige beeldbewerking uitvoeren.

PROFIEL

Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfsmanagement, marketing, communicatie of een vergelijkbare richting. Ervaring en een gelijkwaardig profiel komen eveneens in aanmerking.

- Je beschikt over een sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen.

- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.

- Je bent een vlotte en ervaren pc-gebruiker en leert nieuwe software snel aan.

- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet prioriteiten te stellen.

- Je bent communicatief en klantgericht.

- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Frans.

- Je beschikt over een basiskennis van het Engels.

- Kennis of ervaring met grafische vormgeving en beeldbewerking is mooi meegenomen.

- Affiniteit met of kennis van wijn is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
