Je ondersteunt waar nodig en zorgt dat alles binnen de organisatie soepel en georganiseerd verloopt. WAT JIJ GAAT DOEN Wegens groei zijn wij voor ons hoofdkantoor in Beverwijk op zoek naar een administratief medewerk(st)er dat energie krijgt van gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werken. Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Met jouw positieve instelling en oplossingsgerichte houding zorg jij dat alle administratieve processen professioneel, duidelijk én met frisse energie worden uitgevoerd. Van het verwerken van gegevens tot het bijhouden van bestanden en documenten, jij laat niets liggen. Nauwkeurigheid is jouw kracht. Achterstanden? Niet bij jou. Jij werkt gestructureerd, blijft scherp en weet prioriteiten te stellen, zodat alles op tijd en correct wordt afgehandeld. In jouw rol zorg jij dat alles rondom onze leden soepel loopt. Jij: - Beantwoordt dagelijks e-mails van leden, van rekeningnummers wijzigen tot factuurvragen en klachten - Maakt facturen op en verstuurd deze - Bent het aanspreekpunt voor administratieve vragen vanuit onze vestigingen. - Voert abonnement- en gegevenswijzigingen door - Doet nauwkeurig uitzoekwerk wanneer iets niet meteen duidelijk is - Pakt ook vragen op van incassobureaus en bewindvoerders - Plant alles op de goede manier in, zodat er geen achterstanden ontstaan - Verwerkt nieuwe inschrijvingen - Alle ad-hoc werkzaamheden - Neemt af en toe telefoontjes aan, wanneer dat nodig is - Houdt overzicht, werkt gestructureerd én blijft geconcentreerd, ook wanneer het druk is. - Laat je niet snel afleiden en je weet precies hoe je je focus vasthoudt. - Houdt van tempo en vindt het belangrijk dat leden snel én goed geholpen worden.
