Voor onze snelgroeiende meubelzaak Hiero wonen & slapen in Heerlen zijn wij op zoek naar een administratief medewerk(st)er. Wat ga je doen? Als administratief medewerk(st)er ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je combineert administratieve werkzaamheden rondom de inkoop met werkzaamheden achter de kassa. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en controleren van inkooporders - Controleren van orderbevestigingen, vrachtbrieven/ leveringen en facturen - Verwerken van administratieve gegevens in systemen - Bijhouden van artikel- en leveranciersgegevens - Ondersteunen van de inkoopafdeling bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Beantwoorden van e-mails en telefonisch contact met klanten en leveranciers - Signaleren van afwijkingen en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging - Klanten vriendelijk en professioneel helpen, afrekenen en verwerken van betalingen - Verwerken van servicemeldingen en eventuele kassacorrecties - Opstarten, controleren en afsluiten van de kassa Wat neem jij mee?
