Dan is dit dé functie voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Wij zijn per direct opzoek naar een enthousiaste administratief medewerk(st)er voor minimaal 28 tot 40 uur per week. In deze functie ondersteun jij de collega's van de verkoop, verhuur en administratie. Daarnaast verzorg jij mede de planning en uitgifte van auto's. Ook ben jij een aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, zowel fysiek als telefonisch. Jouw taken bestaan o.a. uit: - Jij biedt ondersteuning aan het verkoopteam, de afdeling verhuur en aan de financiële administratie. Je werkt onder andere de debiteuren en crediteuren bij, stelt verkoopfacturen op, verwerking van de kas-en bankmutaties, voorraadlijst bijwerken, opstellen koop-, huur-, en shortleasecontracten, afhandeling financial lease contracten - Beantwoorden van inkomende e-mails en postverwerking - Je neemt de telefoon aan en ontvangt klanten - Plannen, het uitgeven en innemen van huurauto's - Overige administratieve taken.
