Als Administratief medewerk(st)er Sales behoud jij het overzicht over de offertes, orders, afspraken en het logistieke gedeelte. Je bent de spil binnen het Sales team en zorgt ervoor dat onze service Vlotjes verloopt. Ons salesteam is op zoek naar een Administratief medewerk(st)er Sales binnendienst , in de maritieme sector! Binnen ons familiebedrijf verlenen wij service aan dieselmotoren in de scheepvaart. Dit doen wij zowel in binnen- als in buitenland. Wat ga je doen? Als Sales medewerker binnendienst ga je aan de slag met het verwerken van aanvragen, het opstellen van offertes en het (verzend) gereedmaken van onderdelen. Daarnaast houdt jij je bezig met het regelen van diverse administratieve zaken die de collega's van de buitendienst met een gerust hart aan jou over kunnen laten. Je werkt samen met het verkoopteam, het magazijnteam én ons technische serviceteam. Hierdoor leer je van echte techneuten met een passie voor sales en techniek. Zo kan jij jezelf ontwikkelen binnen een technische omgeving in de maritieme sector. Jouw taken: - Administratief ondersteunen van het Sales team; - Opstellen van offertes; - Overzicht houden over het facturatieproces zodat tijdig en volledig facturatie kan plaatsvinden; - Verwerken van opdrachten tot en met verzending, i.s.m. ons magazijn; - Beheren van de in- en uitgaande aanvragen (emails); - Up-to-date houden van het klantbestand.
