Voor een stabiele en groeiende organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking en zorg je ervoor dat administratieve processen vlot en correct verlopen.

Je combineert administratie met klantencontact en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatorisch talent zorg je ervoor dat klanten en collega's steeds kunnen rekenen op een correcte en professionele ondersteuning.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers, aanvragen en bestellingen
  • Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct geregistreerd wordt
  • Je maakt offertes, documenten en administratieve rapporten op
  • Je volgt aanvragen en dossiers op van A tot Z en bewaakt de correcte verwerking
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij verschillende administratieve en organisatorische taken
  • Je zorgt mee voor een correcte interne communicatie en informatiedoorstroming
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het verbeteren en structureren van administratieve processen

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een administratieve of commerciële functie of bent gemotiveerd om hierin verder te groeien
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans
  • Je gaat akkoord met het bouwverlof
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen kennen
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler
  • Commerciële flair is bij jou zeker aanwezig
