Over de functie Als (commercieel) administratief medewerker krijg je een veelzijdige rol binnen Duijndam Machines. Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen, waaronder verkoop, inkoop en financiële administratie. Daardoor is geen dag precies hetzelfde. Het ene moment organiseer je een transport voor een verkochte machine, het volgende moment verwerk je een order, stel je een factuur op of help je een collega met een administratieve vraag. Je hebt regelmatig contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief goed geregeld is. Het gaat om een nieuwe functie binnen ons bedrijf. Dat betekent dat er ruimte is om de werkzaamheden samen verder vorm te geven en, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses, bepaalde taken naar je toe te trekken. Jouw taken - Transport organiseren; je coördineert wegtransport en soms ook containervervoer - Orders verwerken; je verwerkt en beheert orders en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de levering van hun machines. - In- en verkoop ondersteunen; je helpt onder andere met offertes, aankoopbevestigingen en facturen. - Voorraad beheren; je voert prijs- en voorraadcorrecties door. - Financiële administratie ondersteunen; je helpt bij verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden. - Directie ondersteunen; je assisteert waar nodig...
