De functie inhoud Wat ga jij doen als Administratief Medewerker?

  • De dagdagelijkse planning opmaken en overleggen met projectleiders
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning bieden
  • Klanten tijdig informeren over de planning en afspraken
  • Administratieve voorbereiding van projectdossiers
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij het opmaken van offertes
  • Documenten en attesten verzamelen en controleren

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

  • Je hebt ervaring in administratie of planning
  • Organisatietalent en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn jouw sterkste troeven
  • Je bent klantgericht en nauwkeurig
  • Ms Office kent geen geheimen voor jou
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans
