De Nederlandse pensioenwereld is volop in beweging. Door de Wet toekomst pensioenen (WTP) verandert de manier waarop pensioen wordt opgebouwd. De komende periode staan veel werkgevers en werknemers voor de overstap naar een nieuwe pensioenregeling. Dat is een grote verandering en vraagt om een zorgvuldige administratieve verwerking. Voor Nationale-Nederlanden zijn we daarom op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker WTP in Rotterdam. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol bij de verwerking en implementatie van nieuwe pensioenregelingen voor MKB-werkgevers. Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens kloppen, dossiers compleet zijn en offertes op de juiste manier in de systemen worden verwerkt. Wat is de Wet toekomst pensioenen? De Wet toekomst pensioenen is een grote verandering binnen het Nederlandse pensioenstelsel. Door deze wet worden pensioenregelingen de komende jaren aangepast aan nieuwe regels. Werkgevers, werknemers en pensioenuitvoerders krijgen hierdoor te maken met veranderingen in de manier waarop pensioen wordt opgebouwd en uitgevoerd. Voor Nationale-Nederlanden betekent dit een omvangrijke transitie. Veel bestaande pensioenregelingen moeten worden aangepast of opnieuw ingericht. Een goede administratie en nauwkeurige verwerking zijn daarbij ontzettend belangrijk. Als Administratief Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat het proces achter de schermen goed verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Samen met een enthousiast team werk je aan de WTP-transitie voor MKB-werkgevers met ongeveer 3 tot 50 medewerkers . Je verwerkt en controleert offertes en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste gegevens uiteindelijk correct in de systemen van Nationale-Nederlanden worden geïmplementeerd.
