Ben jij administratief sterk, houd je graag overzicht en krijg je energie van een functie waarin geen dag hetzelfde is? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Farmsum zoeken wij een Administratief Medewerker die een belangrijke rol speelt binnen de dagelijkse logistieke operatie.

In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat de goederenstromen administratief en organisatorisch soepel verlopen. Van binnenkomende grondstoffen tot uitgaande eindproducten: jij houdt overzicht, verwerkt orders en zorgt dat klanten, leveranciers, vervoerders en collega’s op het juiste moment over de juiste informatie beschikken.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Senior Assistent Supply Chain en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de logistieke partners en verschillende interne afdelingen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Dagelijks contact en afstemming met klanten, leveranciers en vervoerders; - Verwerken en boeken van inkomende en uitgaande orders in het ERP-systeem; - Afstemmen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden met de externe logistieke dienstverlener; - Verzorgen en bewaken van de dagelijkse transport- en truckplanning; - Ondersteunen bij de langetermijnplanning van inkomende en uitgaande goederen; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor verschillende interne afdelingen; - Signaleren van knelpunten binnen de logistieke operatie en meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen; - Zorgen voor een correcte en overzichtelijke administratieve verwerking van de goederenstromen.

Een veelzijdige functie waarin administratie, planning, logistiek en communicatie dagelijks samenkomen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die nauwkeurig werkt en tegelijkertijd snel kan schakelen wanneer de planning verandert. Je bent communicatief sterk, pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op en vindt het prettig om samen te werken met verschillende partijen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

- Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau; - Een afgeronde commerciële of logistieke opleiding; - Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met name Excel; - Goede beheersing van de
