Om onze verdere groei goed te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Administratief Medewerker die zorgt dat onze financiële administratie op orde is, overzicht creëert en vooruitkijkt. De functie Als Administratief Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse financiële administratie én het bewaken en verbeteren van onze financiële prestaties. Je verwerkt onder andere inkoop- en verkoopfacturen, houdt grip op onze administratie en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële gegevens volledig en actueel zijn. Vanuit die stevige administratieve basis analyseer je de cijfers, signaleer je ontwikkelingen en voorzie je de directie van heldere rapportages en praktisch advies. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers alleen, stelt de juiste vragen en denkt actief mee over processen, rendement en groeikansen. Het ene moment boek je facturen in of controleer je betalingen, het andere moment bespreek je een rapportage met de directie. Je vindt het leuk om operationele werkzaamheden te combineren met analyse en advies. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de directie, je collega's en onze externe accountant. Wat ga je doen? - Verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen. - Verzorgen van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie. - Verwerken en controleren van bankmutaties en betalingen. - Bewaken van openstaande posten en opvolgen van betalingsachterstanden. ...
