Als Medewerker Project Support / Administratief Medewerker ben jij de stabiele factor binnen een dynamische projectomgeving. Je ondersteunt de Projectleider bij haalbaarheidsonderzoeken voor glasvezelprojecten en zorgt dat administratieve processen soepel, tijdig en volledig verlopen. Je weet overzicht te houden in een omgeving waar snel schakelen noodzakelijk is en je voelt goed aan waar prioriteiten liggen. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte houding ben je een prettige schakel tussen interne collega's, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden - Behandelen van binnenkomende mail, waaronder vragen van KPN, het uitzetten van klachten en schademeldingen en het doorzetten van acties naar derden, zoals VvE's. - Nieuwe orders verwerken en uitzetten bij de juiste onderaannemers, inclusief het toevoegen van bijbehorende taken. - Dagelijks het dashboard nalopen en opvolging organiseren voor openstaande orders; navraag doen bij KPN en onderaannemers. - Verwerken van geannuleerde orders. - Beheren van WhatsApp-groepen met onderaannemers en zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie. - Controleren van instemmingsverzoeken en beoordelen op akkoord. - Bodemonderzoek aanvragen en uitzetten bij de juiste partijen.
