Van documenten tot chauffeurs: jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en ondersteunt waar nodig in een dynamische logistieke omgeving. Wat ga je doen? In deze administratieve zorg je voor een correct en compleet administratief proces rondom inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen. Je werkt voornamelijk aan administratieve taken, maar je springt ook bij op officemanagement werkzaamheden wanneer dat nodig is. Administratieve werkzaamheden: - Verwerken, controleren en archiveren van vrachtbrieven, containerdocumenten en andere logistieke documenten. - Ondersteunen van de logistieke coördinator in dagelijkse administratieve en operationele taken. - Invoeren en controleren van gegevens in het systeem. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, terminals en vervoerders (per telefoon en e-mail). Logistieke werkzaamheden: - Plannen en afstemmen van transporten met interne en externe partijen. - Volgen van containerbewegingen en ondersteunen bij de logistieke planning. - Uitvoeren van basiswerkzaamheden, zoals het ontvangen van chauffeurs en het uitvoeren van wegingen. - Opstellen van correcte transport- en douanedocumenten. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij binnenkomst van voertuigen.
