Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen kan dankzij de inzet van duizenden vrijwilligers opkomen voor kwetsbare mensen in binnen-en buitenland. De medewerkers - van verpleegkundigen en laboranten tot stafmedewerkers, IT- en managementfuncties - zorgen ervoor dat deze vrijwilligers hun missie kunnen waarmaken. De provinciale zetel bestaat uit een klein, hecht team en zorgt in de eerste plaats voor de coördinatie en ondersteuning van lokale Rode Kruis-afdelingen en hun vrijwilligers. Samen met het team vorm je het cement tussen het lokaal, provinciaal en Vlaams niveau en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de informatiedoorstroom in beide richtingen.

Als administratief medewerker heb je een uitgebreide waaier aan taken, die overwegend gerelateerd zijn aan de ondersteuning van de 59 afdelingen en ongeveer 3.400 vrijwilligers die in de provincie Antwerpen actief zijn voor Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen.

Functiebeschrijving

Je staat in voor het onthaal:

  • jij fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vrijwilligers en externen bij vragen (telefonisch en/of mail), geeft advies en je verwijst door waar nodig
  • je staat in voor de inkomende en uitgaande post
  • je zorgt voor een klantvriendelijk onthaal voor mensen die bij ons aankloppen

Je voert administratieve taken uit:

  • je helpt Excel-documenten opstellen, aanvullen en optimaliseren
  • je verwerkt en registreert gegevens in verschillende applicaties

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor logistieke taken:

  • je verzorgt het verhuur van zalen en rode kruis-materialen
  • je ondersteunt provinciale teams bij het organiseren van opleidingen
  • je volgt de jaarlijkse pleisteractie praktisch mee op

Je verzorgt mee het onderhoud van het gebouw en benodigdheden:

  • je beheert de stock van kantoormaterialen en bestelt bij wanneer nodig
  • defecten van het gebouw meld jij aan de juiste instantie en volg je mee op
  • je controleert periodiek de AED-toestellen, waterkwaliteit,…

Afhankelijk van de periode van het jaar en de lopende initiatieven, ondersteun je bij de uitvoering.

Je maakt deel uit van een (klein) professioneel team: je zorgt mee voor permanentie en springt in waar nodig; omgekeerd kan je rekenen op ondersteuning van je collega's.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je werkt vlot binnen verschillende toepassingen in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint), voelt je als een vis in het water in een digitale omgeving en bent bereid je in te werken in bestaande interne softwaretoepassingen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hecht ook belang aan een goede samenwerking met de teamleden
  • Je gaat oplossingsgericht te werk vanuit een integere en diplomatische houding
  • Je neemt te allen tijde een professionele en loyale houding
  • Ervaring met vrijwilligerswerking is een plus
  • Je bent bereid je bij te scholen
