The posting

Agenda's beheren, vergaderingen notuleren en zorgen dat de administratie op orde is. Als administratief medewerker bij gemeente Nijmegen ben jij de regelaar die ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen goed verloopt. Je werkt op de tijdelijke opvanglocatie TGO Vossenpels in Nijmegen-Noord, waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Je schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden, helpt collega's en houdt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is. Met jouw ondersteuning kunnen collega's zich richten op een veilige en gastvrije opvang voor de bewoners.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je beheert agenda's en plant afspraken voor collega's. • Je notuleert vergaderingen en legt afspraken en actiepunten vast. • Je controleert urenlijsten en signaleert afwijkingen. • Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande post en beheert pakketten. • Je ondersteunt collega's bij verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden.

Je werkt 24 tot 32 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je werkdagen stem je in overleg af en je werkt voornamelijk tussen 08.00 en 18.00 uur. Je start medio of eind november 2026 en gaat in eerste instantie voor ongeveer 1 jaar aan de slag, met kans op verlenging.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent iemand die graag dingen regelt en ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, stelt makkelijk prioriteiten en blijft rustig als het druk wordt. Ook ben je vriendelijk, communicatief sterk en flexibel. In een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is, voel jij je helemaal op je plek.

Wat neem je mee?

• Minimaal mbo-3 werk- en denkniveau, aangetoond door opleiding en/of werkervaring. • Minimaal 2 jaar recente ervaring in een vergelijkbare administratieve functie. • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Office. • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, minimaal op B1-niveau. • Een geldig BHV-diploma bij de start van je werkzaamheden. • Een geldige VOG 45 (gezondheidszorg en welzijn van mens en dier) bij de start van je werkzaamheden.
