Als Administratief Medewerker binnen technisch administratief werk jij aan de basis van projecten die de infrastructuur van morgen mogelijk maken. Jij zorgt dat gegevens kloppen, processen doorlopen en collega's op jou kunnen rekenen. In deze functie ondersteun je het Business Support Center en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor monteurs en interne teams. Je werkt met verschillende administratieve stromen tegelijk en houdt het werk strak georganiseerd, zodat planning, uitvoering en afronding soepel op elkaar aansluiten. - Verwerken van binnenkomende tickets en administratieve meldingen in het systeem. - Aanmaken en bijhouden van orders voor materialen en pakketten voor monteurs. - Afhandelen van de administratieve processen rondom vertrek en retour van monteurs. - Beheren van gegevens over materialen, gereedschappen en benodigdheden. - Onderhouden van contact met monteurs en interne afdelingen en daarbij servicegericht schakelen. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent handig met systemen en maakt nieuw werk je snel eigen - Bij voorkeur heb je administratieve ervaring opgedaan en maak je nieuwe systemen snel eigen. - Kennis van techniek is een pre, maar affiniteit hiermee is het belangrijkst. - Natuurlijk ben je communicatief sterk, werk je secuur en ben je leergierig.
