Je houdt je bezig met uiteenlopende casussen binnen de portefeuille. Solliciteren Je plant een aantal inspecties in, beantwoordt een vraag van een huurder en bereidt een rapportage voor die een klant nodig heeft. Jij schakelt de hele dag met huurders, accountmanagers, technisch managers en collega's van de administratie, en zorgt dat achter de schermen alles klopt. Als Clientmanager werk je in het hart van de organisatie. Je houdt je bezig met uiteenlopende casussen binnen de portefeuille, soms compleet nieuwe situaties, en zoekt samen met technische en commerciële collega's naar de juiste oplossing. Al doende leer je enorm veel over ons beheer, onze klanten en huurders, kennis waarmee je kunt doorgroeien binnen residentieel property management. Dit ga je doen: • Inspecties op locatie inplannen en coördineren • Rapportages voor klanten voorbereiden • Account- en technisch managers ondersteunen en overleggen bijwonen • Huurdossiers beheren en actueel houden • Administratieve werkzaamheden afhandelen, samen met de afdeling administratie Dit ben jij: Jij krijgt energie van een afwisselende functie waarin administratie, klantcontact en coördinatie samenkomen. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en betrokkenen.
