Als administratief medewerker sta je in voor onderstaande taken:

  • Je beantwoordt de telefonie en mailverkeer
  • Je hebt contact met overheidsinstanties, politie en rechtbanken ikv gerechtelijke uitspraken
  • Je plant afspraken de installaties
  • Je staat in contact met de particulieren ikv hun dossier
  • Je vult alles aan in hun dossier en bezorgt dit aan de desbetreffende instanties
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alles is verwerkt binnen de deadlines van het dossier
  • Jij bent contactpersoon van A - Z voor de dossiers
  • Je beheert jouw eigen agenda en plant deze in

Voor de vacature van administratief medewerker zoeken we iemand die al een eerste administratieve ervaring op zak heeft. Verder herken je jezelf in volgend profiel:

  • je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als geschreven
  • je bent stressbestendig en punctueel
  • je bent een echte multitasker en vindt het leuk om te switchen tussen verschillende taken
