In deze hybride rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de administratieve afhandeling van emballagestromen als de operationele uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat retourstromen, boekingen en fysieke distributie soepel verlopen. Concreet ga je het volgende doen: - Verwerken en controleren van vrachtbrieven, transportgegevens, chauffeursuren en inkomende/uitgaande emballagetransacties (inclusief internationaal). - Beheren van emballagestromen (ruil en niet-ruil), registreren/corrigeren van boekingen in interne systemen en Excel, en beheren van Tiers-codes. - Opstellen van voorraadcontroles, tellingen en rapportages; verzorgen van wekelijkse rapportages naar binnenlandse klanten. - Afstemmen van emballagesaldi met klanten, vestigingen en partners; valideren van pendelboekingen en uitvoeren van maandelijkse saldo-afstemmingen. - Aanmaken en opvolgen van emballageorders, organiseren van uitleveringen en opstellen van verdelingen. - Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse operatie (baliewerk, contact met chauffeurs/leveranciers, laden/lossen), stickeren van orders/bonnen en uitvoeren van ritten binnen de regio.
