Administratief medewerker Standplaats: Vlissingen - Dienstverband: Parttime - Aantal uren: 32 - Opleidingsniveau: MBO Wij zijn voor het team van de binnendienst op zoek naar een ervaren Administratief medewerker die zich wil ontwikkelen in onze business. Voor 32 uur per week op arbeidstijden die we flexibel kunnen invullen. Je kunt goed met mensen en software overweg, kunt een boodschap overbrengen, bent accuraat en krijgt er energie van om samen met het team succesvol te zijn. Functie-inhoud Samen met je collega's ondersteun je HR- en financiële administraties van organisaties. Dit doe je met behulp van ons Codex software platform en door het uitvoeren van aanvullende werkzaamheden. Codex bespaart hierdoor bij de klanten kostbare tijd, zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald, houdt regelingen bij. Ook zorgen we voor inkomsten uit regelingen en voorkomen we schade door teveel premie betalen. Het is belangrijk dat je met onze software leert omgaan, gegevens administreert, en de regelingen goed leert kennen. Hier krijg je een inwerkprogramma voor. Je bewaakt het proces en volgt de taken op die uit het systeem worden aangegeven. Je telefoneert actief met contactpersonen van klanten, medewerkers van de klanten en ook met bijvoorbeeld het UWV, RVO of de Belastingdienst. Om dit goed uit te kunnen voeren beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, overtuigingskracht en klantgerichtheid. Je bent MBO of hoger opgeleid, beheerst de Nederlands taal uitstekend (mondeling en schriftelijk). Je werkt graag met collega's maar je bent ook zelfstandig.
