Wat ga je doen? De opdrachtgever is een internationaal georiënteerd handelsbedrijf in Hoensbroek, gespecialiseerd in de groothandel en distributie van onderdelen voor vrachtwagens en trailers. Het bedrijf werkt samen met leveranciers uit verschillende landen en richt zich op de levering van onderdelen aan klanten binnen de transportsector. Werkzaamheden als Administratief Medewerker:- Verwerken en controleren van import- en exportdocumentatie. - Voorbereiden en afhandelen van douane- en transportdocumenten. - Contact onderhouden met internationale leveranciers en transporteurs. - Verwerken en controleren van inkooporders en facturen. - Administratief verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande goederen. - Bijhouden en controleren van artikel- en voorraadgegevens. - Afhandelen van retourzendingen en creditnota's. - Uitvoeren van overige administratieve werkzaamheden. Dit bezit je: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of logistieke richting. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Ervaring met Microsoft Office, met name Excel en Outlook. - Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig kunnen werken. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Ervaring met import- en exportdocumentatie is een pré. - Als Administratief Medewerker ben je beschikbaar voor 39 uur per week.
