Solliciteren Je opent je mailbox en ziet meteen drie totaal verschillende dingen langskomen: een lekkage die direct actie vraagt, een eigendomsoverdracht die verwerkt moet worden en een eigenaar met een simpele maar dringende vraag. Jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen die drie, bepaalt wat nu moet gebeuren en wat later kan, en zorgt dat niemand blijft wachten op een antwoord. Als Administratief Medewerker ben jij de verbindende factor tussen eigenaren, notarissen, leveranciers en collega's zoals accountmanagers en technisch managers. Doordat jij overzicht bewaart en snel schakelt, kunnen VvE's op MVGM rekenen voor zowel de dagelijkse administratie als technische meldingen. Dit ga je doen: • Klantadministratie beheren en up-to-date houden • Eigenaren, notarissen en collega's telefonisch ondersteunen • Nieuwe en vertrekkende VvE's en eigendomsoverdrachten verwerken • Reparatieverzoeken en technische meldingen aannemen, registreren en opvolgen • Afstemmen met leveranciers en technisch managers, en technische dossiers en contracten verwerken Dit ben jij: Jij krijgt energie van de afwisseling tussen administratie, klantcontact en het coördineren van reparatieverzoeken.
