Jij zorgt dat deze unieke mechanische pompen aan de andere kant van de wereld aankomt. Je bent het aanspreekpunt achter de schermen dat ervoor zorgt dat onderdelen op tijd worden ontvangen, transporten worden geregeld, klanten krijgen wat zij verwachten en leveringen moeiteloos de landgrenzen in en uit kunnen. Werk je graag gestructureerd, houd je overzicht en krijg je energie van een afwisselende functie? Dan is dit een mooie kans, waar groei wordt gestimuleerd. Wat ga je doen als administratief medewerker Leek? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning van het logistieke proces. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Registreren van inkomende goederen - Verwerken van ontvangsten in het ERP-systeem - Dagelijks verzendklaar maken van orders - Aanvragen en plannen van transporten - Opstellen van import-, export- en douanedocumenten - Onderhouden van contact met transportbedrijven - Uitvoeren van receptiewerkzaamheden - Ondersteunen van collega's bij logistieke en administratieve vraagstukken Dankzij jouw werk komen pompen en onderdelen op tijd aan bij klanten over de hele wereld.
